It Has 2 Mouths

Let me explain this one real quick... Obviously, it has a mouth on it's head. But, also, it's entire lower torso opens up, revealing a giant mouth (for really big edibles, like people). It has a long arm that is wrapping around it's body. It's kind of like a slug, so just imagine a slug body outside the image. I know, it's confusing...
